Job Summary
Safeguard consumer information and clients’ vital records in a manner commensurate with the sensitivity of the information and in compliance with laws, regulations and the company’s information security policies, standards and procedures.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead and direct the selling of the company’s diverse range of goods and services to new and existing customers. Marketing the company name and increasing customer awareness. Ensuring that the company meets the profit margin.
Relationship building.
Responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies.
Responsible for preparing contractual proposals, including creative, innovative, novel, and unique concepts and approaches to reach company sales goals.
Responsible for directing contractual negotiations and assisting/participating in the negotiations as may be necessary.
Responsible for pricing policy, price maintenance, price schedules, evaluations and adjustment of pricing guidelines.
Responsible for sales/margin/profit growth.
Responsible for developing and guiding sales programs which will ensure sustained profit growth within the business unit.
Responsible for contributing to the corporate strategic growth plan.
Responsible for reviewing sales performance and making adjustments to meet or exceed targets.
Analyzes and controls expenditures of business unit to conform to budgetary requirements.
Responsible for staffing within the business unit including recruitment, selection and sales development to achieve company goals and objectives.

Other Requirements
- A four (4) year college degree in Business, Marketing, or MIS plus one to ten years related experience and/or training in sales, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to work some evening, weekend, and holiday hours.
- Ability to travel and provide own transportation.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must be bondable
